We welcome any and all inquiries regarding rentals. We do have a basic no pet policy, excluding service or therapeutic animals, with a qualified health care professional's prescription or companion animal defined as elderly tenants need and it is their ONLY companion.

We do screen all potential tenants, this includes a credit check, criminal background check and judiciary check. There is a nominal fee for processing all applications.

We do at times have property available that does allow pets, please ask.
